Thank you. Idk what weight I should be. I weighed today and I've lost 101 lbs in 12 months. I'm at 243 now and I'm 5x7 I have muscular legs and frame so I think I'd be good at 220. That's what I'm used to, but I'm thinking maybe I should shoot for 200 or 195.

I feel you! I'm struggling with this aswell. I need neck, knee, and back surgery. I've been trying to find something that works. In the mean time I'm just standing up more and do more around the house, it hurts but it has to be better then just laying around because that's not helping me...... Good luck

I really need to start this asap. I cook so late sometimes because of work and kids, but I'm going to push to do this by 7pm. I've already started. It was 930, lol, but now between 630 830.
