4/25-26 Carbs and cals have been fine, exercise ok, scale is not cooperating arrrrggghhh. Up 2 pounds from my low mid last week. At this rate April will be a wash, weight wise. /whine over

This week sort of got away from me. Carbs and cals both on point, exercise could have been better. I’m a bit lost with my Garmin out for repair. At least the scale is moving down, albeit v e r y s l o w l y.

4/13-4/14 Cals ✅✅ Carbs✅✅ Exercise ❌✅ After 3 weeks my dang scale finally moved. Happy dance! Edited because I can never remember the date in this never ending purgatory that is lockdown in Germany.

4/12 Cals 1380✅ Carbs 52 (darn that wine!) Exercise ✅ My Garmin Vivoactive is acting up and I need to send it for repair. Sad to say I feel lost without it.

4/10-4/11 Cals ✅❌ Carbs✅✅ Exercise❌✅ Yesterday we finally had a gorgeous spring day. Hubs and I walked up to the vintner who sells “to go” wine in the park. We sat in the sun with a view of the river, then walked down to the river and back to our house. It was a perfect afternoon!

Oh I get the kid spread. Hard to get mad about it when it’s for a good cause, but I’m sure I’d still manage. 😀

4/8 Weather still crazy. Snow! hail! sun! Much better day for eating, and I did manage 11K steps. I’m up .8 lb from this time last week which is super annoying. Wrong direction, scale! Do your job!

4/7 Weirdest weather! Started off snowy, ended up sunny. We should be well past this. My daffodils are sad. Cals and carbs a bust. At least I managed to rein it in before I went over maintenance. No exercise either. Ugh. Well, it’ll all still be here tomorrow.

4/3 Carbs 🐰 Cals. 🐰 Exercise —- I think I’m going to switch it up from keto to low carb for awhile. I know I’m not eating enough and I’m pretty sure my electrolytes are off. I’ll start about 75g per day and go from there.

So—- finishing out the month: Weight. -4.6 lbs. I’m a little disappointed in this. I’m also not fitting back in clothes I previously wore above this weight. Age. Grrrr.
