Thanks for answering zichab :) I think I'm just going to track my extra workouts versus my Vivofit mileage since I really need to step up the workouts. 9/1/15- 2 miles on the treadmill 9/2/15- 3 mile Walk Your Belly Flat 9/3/15- 2 mile Walk Strong 9/4/15- 2 miles with Leslie 9 miles down; 51 to go :)

I lost 45 on WW in 2008, but gained 15 back. I just started here within the month. I'd like to lose another 15-20 as well. I am 5'4" and currently weigh 159. Would love to have more friends to help with the motivation :) The pics are so motivating. You all look great!

Question for ya, is this for something you haven't written in your food diary? For example, I try to plan ahead what snacks I'm going to have after dinner (because I just KNOW that's an issue for me) so this is anything outside of those perimeters or that just falls under the category that I make it whatever I need it to…

I too am a previous WW. Lost 45 lbs, gained 15 back and would like to take it back off plus more if possible. I'm not sure what adding someone does, but if it helps, I'm all for it.
