I've had several. At 19, it was before going to college and realizing I had gone from 140 to 160 because I was an online student and didn't get enough exercise. I managed to drop to 140 again. At 23, it was realizing that over the course of my 4 year relationship, I had sunk into a deep depression and rocketed up to 180…

I may be doing this wrong but I aim to reach my calorie goal by 7:30. I usually have trouble getting to bed early, either because I'm busy or just not tired yet, but if I feel myself getting a little hungry, I drink water and ignore it. My goal is just to eventually go to sleep at an earlier time, both because staying up…

I am actually intending to stick to my calorie count. I'll probably skip breakfast or have something light, stick to water at dinner, and stop eating once I am full. I'll have more veggies, maybe have a small amount of desert, a tiny amount of potatoes, etc. When I allow myself to binge, there is always a risk of that…

I have been doing well the past few days but yesterday I went waaaay over my calorie count because my husband and I went to a concert four hours away. We had a full day so I woke up at 9:30 and was still driving back home at 1am. I tried to be good but I finally got so hungry that I just decided to eat McDonalds at a rest…

I try to set a timeline that is forgiving just so I have a goal. Like I'm ~150 right now and would be happy with 140 by Christmas. This is doable so I'm not killing myself but I have something to count down to.

Maybe try taking an iron supplement during your TOtM. I think you crave chocolate for the iron.

Same. I accept all requests. If it doesn't work out, I remove them. Have only had one problem and a simple block fixed that.

You can add me too! I lost 50, was only 5 pounds away from my ultimate goal, and then put 15 back on so I'm putting the brakes on.

I'm gonna be the weird one and say that I have enough before photos from my wedding and life in general. Standing in front of a mirror with my shirt hiked up or off entirely just stresses me out. Seeing the number on the scale and my clothes getting baggy is good enough for me.

I'm not an expert but if you're really that exhausted, I would think a trip to the doctor would be more beneficial than trips to the coffee pot. I'm usually tired myself, I know how frustrating it can be.

I juice when I have an overabundance of fruits and veggies and don't want them to go to waste. But yeah, sugar content is super high, so it's something I do once every few months.

Its sapping my motivation somewhat. But the fact is, in the 190s my BMI is in the upper limit of what is considered normal (e.g., it hits pretty close to the 25s). When I reached 140, I was also at the upper limit of what is considered normal. I wanted to get to the 120's but everyone told me the same thing. My parents,…

150 down to 135, all I need to reach my low weight is 15 pounds!

My husband has always just stood back and let me do my thing. He doesn't push or hinder.

Okay so that leaves me with 15 weeks and five days. I hope by then I've reached 139 or lower. That is less than a pound a week.

I think a large number of people greatly misunderstand what healthy truly is. I think if you look like everyone else, you are okay; it hasn't yet been considered that everyone else might also need to be healthier. Majority rules even when they don't.

I'll give it a crack! Starting weight is/was somewhere around 152. If I could be 145 by Halloween that would be great.

I loved eating a hardboiled egg chopped up with mayo but the mayo isn't healthy so I started subbing in plain chobani yogurt. One tablespoon of mayo then whatever amount of yogurt it took to fully coat the egg. Then a squirt of mustard, a lot of dill, and that's it! I would also mix a little honey in with chobani plain…

I'll join! I can't wait to start.

I log every day! This account is new but I've been logging consistently for months.

Oh God, I am right where you are. I binge when I'm stressed and I even do it as a "reward", which makes no sense. It's how I went from 130 to 155 between February 2013 and today. The past four days have been good though, although I'm not sure what changed and I'm afraid I'll crack. =/

Weelll... The first time I lost weight, I did so when I realized I had hit 161 pounds. I had always been 140 so seeing that number freaked me out and at the time, I was about to turn 19 and head to college, so I wanted to make some life changes beforehand. The second time was when I hit 181 at 22/23 after a very bad 4 year…

I do this myself, I don't know why. I've always kind of been a binge eater. I do it when I'm stressed but I've also realized that I do it as a reward. It's totally counter-intuitive. "Yay, I was healthy today! Eat all the things!"

I don't like the term "real women", period. Any time such a phrase is used, you can bet the following declaration is crap. I think, for me, the problem is defining what "curves" are. I think today's trend of pushing obesity as "curviness" is detrimental.

Hi! I've decided to start over again myself. I gained weight while working a very stressful job and now that I've moved on from the job, I want to move on from this unhealthy lifestyle I've been living. Feel free to add me if you'd like. =)
