my goal is to lose 8 lbs per month to be healthier by a cruise at the end of March 2017. Hoping I can do it this time around! I can usually eat great all day and then the evening kills all my hard work. Down 7 lbs so far.

C25k is awesome! Before I started I could barely jog 90 seconds. I'm on week 9 (I think?) and am up to a 25 minute freaking jog! I'm completely shocked still that I can do that. I've never in my life been able to do that. Keep going! It's so exciting!

I weigh and measure sometimes. But guess I'll be stricter with that just to be certain. I was eating calories half back but just recently decided to eat none back.

Ive tried clicking on a lot of people's profiles and nobody that I've seen shares their diary. I don't even know how. But I just thought if I'm staying in calories and moving more than I used to I should lose weight.

Just did day 1. Supposed to do this every day, right? Hope I can keep it up cause ugh. Between that and c25k and just starting out I might be exhausted. But I definitely want to make this work!

Why would you not lose the most during your first week? That should be the biggest difference. I'm allowed to be frustrated if I want. It makes no sense that I wouldn't lose anything. I've been eating the recommended 1260 calories per day and I'm not losing...anything. It's been like a week. This is ridiculous.
