For those with experience...macros
Does figuring out what your macros should be make a big difference? I've never done that before and I'm not really sure how to figure it out and if it really matters. I eat pretty healthy and just count calories right now. My calories are set at 1260 per day.

25+ days logging and no weigh loss
Does this happen often? I thought that when you first start making big changes in diet and fitness the weight would melt off. Later on should be the plateau. But I've been logging over 25 days (a few off days but generally staying in my calories of 1260 per day) and I've been doing c25k every other day. Am just getting to…
