Hmm the only advice I would have about getting babies to like vegetables wouldn't really benefit you because its too late. I have always started my babies off with vegetables and then introduced fruit later but seeing as it's too late for that I would say try to give a variety. I have noticed babies usually like squash,…

That walk at night is a great workout, and an accomplishment all on its own! Having a 4 month old I know how hectic it is!! As long as you eat a healthier diet you will be just fine!

Ok well I am trying to find the positive in this weight loss journey. I haven't lost an ounce & keep waiting for the whole " my clothes fit better" thing..my clothes seem to be smaller? So im gonna see the positive and say even though I don't see any change I feel better and that's an accomplishment!

JFT My goal is to continue with my work out challenge (105 squats today!) & to also work on my arms. I want to drink 64 oz of water today as well! Finally, stay under my calories!

My happy hour is usually between 10-11 am. I work out after breakfast & house cleaning. I always feel great earning my morning shower. That is also the time my babies are napping

I did go to college, but didn't finish due to getting pregnant. I have 3 brothers and 1 sister. I am the youngest. Nope got married at the courthouse. I would move from my hometown.

Before this baby (she is #3) I weighed 180 lbs. Which was far from my ideal weight, but looks great now. I now weigh 210. At my last weigh in when I was pregnant I was 200 so I literally gained 10 more pounds not being pregnant. This weight loss journey has just started 2 weeks ago. I have lost nothing. I suck at staying on track during the weekends. I do great all week, and as soon as the weekend hits I eat like crap. I don't work out. I need to get this weekend thing under control.

My husband packed his stuff and left last night. Now I am a single mama to a 7 yo, 2 yo, and 4 month old. I am not going to let this derail me. If anything its helping me be more determined to be fit, healthy & happy.

This is also my 3rd. This time I have been trying to lose weight for a whopping 2 weeks. I have failed losing weight in the past because I always fall back to horrible eating patterns and laziness. I do workouts off of youtube and pinterest. Married-ish. We are currently seperated. No more plans of kids.

I am one that has almost an obsession with food. When I eat something yummy it makes me happy inside. Its like something I can look forward to everyday. Unfortunately this obsession has gone to far and I have gained 80 lbs. Ouch.

This is also my 1st group & challenge. I am 210 lbs at 5'8. I am looking to lose 10 - 15 lbs by Halloween. My goal weight is 150 lbs.
