Your post is too ironic to me. I had originally planned to go up from 1200 to 1500 (basically I'd lost enough I CAN do the rest slower-mentality) but once I hit 135 I only stayed there one day so I just never did it and I've spent weeks hovering above it. I weigh in (almost) every morning. I only log it when I have a weight that matches the previous weigh in or deficit. I chalk all the others up to water weight or other body issues. Today's a good day 6 oz lower than yesterday. I've got to celebrate the little steps.
