  • I’m 41. I’ve been tracking since Sept and I’ve lost 21. I have maybe 10, 15 more to go. After I lose 6 more lbs I’m taking it 5 at a time. I don’t want to lose my girly curves if I can help it.
  • I'm 5'1" my starting weight was 172, current is 165. My first goal is 140 I just want to be a size 8 again so all my pants fit. I'm a mom of a 4 yr old girl. I've recently become vegan after being a vegetarian my whole life. Gosh losing weight is slow and being short it seems like it's a life long struggle. I want to eat…
  • I'm a vegetarian back to dieting. Six months I killed myself doing keto because I wanted to find a way to make it work. I loved the lack of appetite but of course as a vegetarian it was impossible. I lasted 4 weeks. I lost some weight but in 3 months gained it all back and then some. Before I did keto I did weight…
  • Your post is too ironic to me. I had originally planned to go up from 1200 to 1500 (basically I'd lost enough I CAN do the rest slower-mentality) but once I hit 135 I only stayed there one day so I just never did it and I've spent weeks hovering above it. Hmm maybe I'll do the 1500 it sounds like it's working ok for you.…
  • Synacious, thank you for the advice. I do struggle measuring and estimating when it comes to eating out. My husband wants to eat out or takeout everyday of the weekend. I find myself having very small portions most of the time. And I suspect that im really struggling with sodium because of it because really I see my sodium…
  • I weigh in (almost) every morning. I only log it when I have a weight that matches the previous weigh in or deficit. I chalk all the others up to water weight or other body issues. Today's a good day 6 oz lower than yesterday. I've got to celebrate the little steps.
  • I'm a life long veg. I'm doing 30 carbs approx, this week and 40 next as my kickstart. Although I struggle with variety so far my saving graces have been string cheese, almonds, avocado during the day and roasted w/olive oil & garlic(insert veg), with melted mozzarella then when it's done, cover it in pesto as an entree. I…
  • I have been a lacto ovo vegetarian since childhood which has caused me to grow up eating a billion carbs. I'm on day 2 and I've ate way too much cheese and I feel constantly hungry. Although I obviously want to lose weight I also must retrain myself to not live DEPENDENT on carbs if I want to have any chance of keeping…
