I weigh out 8-11g ( 1 serving ) of pudding mix and add it to my casein shake every night. it's only 35 calories.

i'm trying really hard to implement more vegetables in my diet, i have a fridge full of sweet potatoes, yams, and broccoli. i just never have the time to prepare it sadly ;(

yes, at 1300 calories a day you are most likely to lose more than 1-2 lbs a week at your current weight. i sure did.
