This isnt for me. Its for a relative who already walks a lot, eating already at a minimum, but weight isnt budging. Want to get her to exercise and a simple video I think would be a great beginning for her. I will check out the suggestions given thanks :)

I remember reading somewhere that our bodies sometimes mistakes thirst for hunger. So we might be feeling hungry but what our body is really needing is water. So that would help with not overeating.
-
Do you throw it in just as is? I've been using frozen kale to throw in smoothies also but recently I saw a bag in the freezer section of my store that had a warning to cook it before using. So I started to think maybe I am doing something wrong or maybe you aren't supposed to use it raw when frozen?

I felt the same way when I was first signing up, thought I would look ridicilous in class. But it is such a good work out, it burns a lot of calories, and at the end of the class you feel amazing. Everyone goes at their own pace, plus it is such an intense work out that no one is paying attention to anyone else in the room…

thanks haven't tried any from UA yet, will be my next order.

Everything I try seems like the full sizes are too small and then when I size up half a size it's too large. Anyone ever experience this, any solutions? I don't really like to put in pads into the bigger sized ones because it feels awkward for me as well.

Also try probiotics if you feel your system is slow, that could be a cause of fatigue as well.

I am always low on energy if I am not eating enough especially with exercising. Are you exercising? Maybe you aren't eating enough based on how much you are exercising. I am surprised how many people on MFP survive on low calorie diets with heavy exercising. Also as others stated get a general blood test, check your…

Thank you for the link to google. "Couple of days or so" could really be any number which is why I was asking on MFP to see how long other people found it stayed fresh for them.

I like to snack on nuts, fruits, and dried fruit like figs and dates. I loved using luna bars as snacking they are very yummy but my stomach didn't agree with them, made me very bloated. I space out my meals like this: 6am breakfast, 10am snack, 12pm lunch, 4pm snack, 8pm dinner.

@maasha81 thanks I might try this. Leave my sneakers and clothes right by my bed. @Rhyalus How many hours of sleep do you get? I can only go in the morning as well because of my schedule and also any other time of the day intense exercising makes me nauseous no matter how many hours in advance I eat. I have worked out in…

Good music gives me energy and motivation on treadmill. Until I over listen to it and then I have to look for something new =/

And like the other poster said going 100% gluten free includes making sure little random things like candies, sauces, chips, etc are gf.
-
If you decide to go gluten free I think it is best to go 100% gluten free. I found that if I am 100% GF the cravings eventually go away but as soon as I have a little bit of something gluten the cravings come back. So I think it is best to avoid it all and then you forget you ever even liked it. You should avoid it in…

Have you tried having coffee or tea to raise the BP a little? My BP is naturally on the lower side, I recently quit caffeine and without it my BP is even lower, causing me to feel tired/weak. (90/50) Curious if anyone with low BP feels caffeine helps them.
-
Always was a heavy coffee drinker, out of no where I stopped tolerating it. I get foggy, shaky, hungry, unable to concentrate. I've tried resetting my tolerance by quitting and starting with decaf then half caff. Nothing helps, I think I cant even tolerate black teas anymore. I wish there was a way to combat it.. I've…

I can relate soo much to this statement lol. But we have to do what makes us feel good and healthy so try not to compare or worry what others may think.

I think that is a common pregnancy thing. Don't think it has anything to do with sugar. I know a lot of pregos that would time their meals and always look at their watch to make sure they are on time.

I feel the same, Dr told me there is no way to actually diagnose hypoglycemia and it isn't considered a "real" problem. Said to increase protein. I know something in my body isn't working correctly even though they say it is fine. It is really frustrating to always worry about missing a meal or not eating on time. I don't…

What is wrong with salad covered with cheese/dressing? Just count it so that it fits into your calories. Don't go overboard but some feta, parmesan, or goat cheese makes salads taste really good. Make sure to mix well, I usually don't even use dressings if I am having cheese in my salad. Instead of cheese you can measure…

How were you diagnosied with hypoglycemia? Was it based on your symptoms or they did testing which indicated hypo?
-
You described exactly my problem. I always feel like a weirdo because people around me can go hours without eating but I have to always plan when my next meal will be or I get sick. It feels just as you stated it and it ruins my whole day and takes hours to get my energy back. Your blood sugar is probably dropping, it…

I was sharing my opinion on how they make me personally feel.

I have found that teas such as black tea leave me dehydrated. But green and herbal teas I am sure are fine.

I overplayed this one already. Looking for something new ;)

Im open to all suggestions. I like everything as long as it gives me a little more energy at the gym

I love how luna bar white chocolate macademia tastes, but I noticed it makes me bloated. I now carry them in my bag in case of an emergency, if I am starving and can't get a better meal/snack in. Kind bars seem pretty natural and taste good but they are a little hard on my teeth.

This is an old thread but has anyone found an answer. I would like to log my bone broth but not sure how to calculate it. Same ingredients as the OG poster plus I add 1/2 onion and a clove of garlic.

Skipping periods is a symptom of pcos. You can easily have this checked out through blood test and ultrasound.
