I have 4 years twins. I cook most of our meals. I try to make the meals healthier. For example I use whole wheat pasta, incorporate veggies, grill instead of frying, make sandwiches with 100% wheat bread. Sometimes they pick out the veggies, but I keep offering them healthy options, so they get used to this way of eating.…

Hi, I'm 35 years old. I'm a stay at home mom to my 4 years old twins. I want to loose 30 lbs. currently I'm overweight and would like to be at a weight when I felt best. I've been trying to loose weight for years and I keep loosing and gaining back the same 10 lbs. consistency is what I lack.

Challenge #3 I chose thyme. I sprinkled thyme on top of my spinach omelet yesterday. In the omelet I have eggs, onion, wholewheat flour, spinach, salt. I pan fried it in olive oil. After it was done I sprinkled thyme. I love thyme, and it made my omelet better. I would use it again.

Hello team, I've just finished challenges one and two back to back. For the first challenge I did the second video by Keaira LaShae. It was fun but too fast for me to follow. Anyway I followed it to my best abilities. I loved the second challenge. I think my body specially my upper body needs these stretches.

@MissionEnforcer CHALLENGE #1: complete. I CHOSE THE 2.5K FROSTBITE FOOTRACE. I Walked 1.85K one day and 1.93k on another day. I was sick, so I did what I have enough energy for.

Hi team, sorry wasn't active much this week. My kids and I got sick. We have flu like symptoms. I managed to walk 1.15 mile outside as part of the first challenge, and planning to do the rest tomorrow. For the third challenge I'm on day 3/5 giving up popcorn.
