If that's what people want to spend their calories on it doesn't bother me. I'm sure we all eat something that someone else hates. The snobbery is unnecessary and laughable.

My only hard rules right now are to not go over maintenance, log every calorie to the best of my knowledge, and not to eat food I'm not really enjoying. I'm down 78 pounds and have 15 more to go, soon I'll be eating at maintenance and will start making more rules then.

It gets easier. If you do intermittent fasting you can still get that binge high without going over your calories. You'll eventually adjust to binging less frequently, and you'll find yourself needing less to feel full like you used to. I don't know if the desire will ever fully go away, I've been at it a year and still…

Not in maintenance yet but I used to stockpile sweets and then realized it was all getting stale before I could get to it- yes candy gets stale. Now I take it to work so I can still eat the amount I would have, and the rest doesn't go to waste.

Most days.

Reese's eggs.

It's harder to eat a lot of sugar and still be in a deficit but it's entirely doable and I'm living proof. I even "beat" (no more symptoms, last ultrasound shows no cysts) PCOS in the process of losing weight while still eating dessert every day. I refuse to deprive myself of anything.

Computer games, fashion/beauty, and I'm starting to get into shooting and hope to be good enough to do 3 gun in a few months.

I would of course like to make more money, but I like what I do at my job and like the people.
-
Well I've lost 75 and have another 18 to go, and plan on maintaining on here for the foreseeable future if you'd like to add me!

It took about 30 pounds down from 208 before people started to comment. I started my latest job at 147 and people have noticed my 14 pound difference since getting hired. It just gets more and more obvious the lower weight you are. It's also much more obvious when you buy new, well-fitting clothes.

Most of my regular meals are in this calorie range. My go-to right now is bean tacos. When I make them at home they come out to about 350 calories, then I throw in a couple tortilla chips and it's 400-500 calories. I just use a small taco flour tortilla, put in some refried beans, onion, cheese, sometimes another protein…

New Mexico, I only lived there for a short time but it just feels the most "right."

I want to be 115. The decision is whether I get to 115 and slowly recomp, or if I want to go down to 110 then bulk up those 5 pounds. I'll have to reevaluate at 115.

Amazing! What a stunning transformation.

I hate to say it but the first Saw movie deeply disturbed me. It's so exploitative, I really hate it, but it is truly terrifying.

My days off aren't always on the weekend, so I will just say that my days off are much harder to stay at loss calories, I almost always go into maintenance. It's so much easier to stay in calories at work when I'm busy for 9 hours and don't have access to my kitchen.

Which vegetables and fruits are you eating? Some can be very acidic, whereas something like cereal is much easier to digest. I can't eat too many tomatoes or grapes without getting heartburn.

Don't know, I never stuck it out long enough to bother counting. This time really didn't feel that different, I just told myself I wouldn't give up, and I didn't. I found calorie counting by chance, a coworker mentioned it and I tried it on a whim. Ironically, she stopped doing it and I went from weighing 38 pounds more…

Healthy eating is something you'll be doing for the rest of your life, one day is no big deal. This is a great opportunity to work on your ability to self-motivate.
-
I told a few close friends and people at work because I wanted them to help hold me accountable. At this point, only one of my coworkers knows I'm still losing weight because I don't want to hear the "You're already thin" comments now.

Every morning before I eat. It helps me to stay on track and not cheat that day.
-
Bought my first ever pair of short shorts today.

This was dessert. I'm paying for it now!

My weight almost never fluctuates. The last two days it did, it says I gained a pound back. I hate it! I want to blame it on PMS but I'm going to definitely be better about calories for the next week. So I go by what the scale says that day, to keep myself on track.
-
Unless you're in Flint or a third world country, I can't see it mattering enough to freak out about..I use filters and call it a day.
-
I wore something with midriff-baring cutouts tonight, this is a complete first for me.
-
One more Oreo..

Ever since I stopped doing cardio purely as exercise, I rarely saw a fluctuation on the scale even after a cheat day. I pretty much only see fluctuations/stubbornness when I have a period now.

I know how you feel, when I first started working out and getting healthy I had to take a lot of weeks off because of random pains. I got nerve conduction studies, exams from a neurologist and my primary, and they never found an explanation. I still get intermittent numbness in one leg, but I stuck with counting calories…
