You should weigh some things. It can make a difference. I don't typically weigh vegetables, but I do weigh meat, fish, and potatoes.

You should talk to your doctor about that, there are other anti-depressants you can take that won't cause you to put on weight. I was on a few different ones, some were really weird and made me feel outside of myself, but eventually I got one that worked. I never had any problems with weight while on them.
