Great progress! I read that when keto strips get lighter, you are becoming fat adapted.(Keto Clarity by Jimmy Moore). Great for you. My strips are still deep purple, but I'm only a week into my keto diet. I was doing more of a paleo before.

Eat 1200 calories a day, absolutely no sugar, don't eat many carbs and exercise EVERYDAY." Also he asked me to check my sugar every day and to call in my morning and evening readings to him every week. I wish my doctor had told me this when I was first diagnosed. You can do this - you have proved that you can. I'm new here but have spent a lot of time reading the advice. The constant theme here is success is a given if you log your food and eat within your calorie limits. What is so cool is that it's not all that complicated. And when you reach your goal, you will still have as…

I love your post. You covered a lot about how you are doing now vs. before. How cool is it that you don't care as much about your weight number, especially after your severe disordered eating. I got into running like you - the great feeling I got from it made me want more and more. I did a few marathons, and somehow,…

Impressive, thorsmom!! My longest is my current streak of 10 days.

I feel the same way about getting old and unhealthy. I have been told that diet counts for most of the weight loss, so your trainer is right on track. Good luck to you! I have requested you as a friend so we can help each other.

Hi Stacy, my name is Sherry and have to lose about 50 pounds. I'm new to posting but have been here awhile. I find reading the posts very motivating. The best ones are straight to the point. They always stress weigh and log your food and stay within your calorie allotments. I have always wanted to follow some diet plan in…
