I walked for 45 min both days. I stayed under on both days :) As for treating myself, I went to Sephora and got a new foundation that is all natural! Really enjoyed doing this, thanks!

I have also been on Weight Watchers and was successful once, but the weight always comes back. You guys are right pointing out that I should eat slowly and without distraction. Too often I am done without realizing that I even ate! Putting away those leftovers before I eat instead of after will really help me not go for seconds. I have found that eating more often, but less has also helped me not to overeat. Just…
