I would have two issues- I'd probably have some digestive issues from the sugar alcohol if I ate more than a half pint, and cost. It's a sometimes treat for me, and I only eat a half pint in a day.

It depends. It doesn't have much protein, sound you are looking for that, it's not good. If you gave kidney issues, it's high in oxalates. It is lower in calories than cow's milk. For me, I use regular cow's milk. It fits my goals the best.

I'm another vote for an electric pressure cooker. I often will make a meat or veggie dish in one, and rice to put it over in the other.

Yes, it's not from depression- but I can see how it could be- it's usually from being tired. I keep cheese sticks I'll grab and eat in those situations.

I get the no salt added in water from TJ's. I mash them up and mix them like tuna salad and eat them on crackers.

Sometimes I get so busy I forget lunch or dinner. I've never had a big weight problem, but I have gotten slightly into an overweight BMI a couple times, which is why I'm here. But an issue with forgetting a meal is that part of me being hangry can either be me passing out, or eating everything in my site so I take in more…

Go with your current weight and activity level and adjust from there once you see how your body does. If you are really worried, talk to your doctor.

Animal style cheeseburger.

I show animals at the state fair, so I'm there for 3 days. Luckily one of my favorite vendors does Mexican style ceviche. I tend to get the tostadas or cocktails. So good.

Calcium and iron are required to be on labels. Potassium soon will be, but isn't required yet. I'm seeing iit on more labels lately. Lots of entries are wrong, so instead of always scanning, if the scanned entry looks wrong, I search for others that have more information. For the OP- dairy is a good source of calcium and…

I'm also a kidney stone former. Not all fruit is high in oxalates, though. Most of the time I try to eat those fruits, but every once in a while I like my berries as a treat.

Is there a point to this? If you don't like it, it's okay. Not everyone likes the same foods. Eat something else.

Another I like are Trader Joe's. But always check the nutritional labels.

That sounds like a mild allergy. I'd stay away. Anyone can develop an allergy to any food.

My biggest problem is that I have a long torso and most companies don't offer long in shirts. I need the long pants too, but I've given up and make a lot of my shirts.

My mom constantly thinks she's short 5'4", my sister is average, 5'6", and I'm tall 5'10"....
-
That makes sense, but I am one of the type that fills up fast with beans and lentils, I think it's the fiber. But I can't be vegetarian due to health issues, I can't eat very much meat due to the same issues. But yeah, no measuring. Not reasonable. There are still a lot of calories in plant food. And the people who think…

You might want to check your math. Especially with beans and lentils.

Where in the world did you live? There were a couple women I knew in high school taller than me, but at 5'10" I was one of the taller ones. I am still around a size 10-12 at 150 lbs. currently a 12-14 at 158.

But it's all about a individual choices. If you educate people they can choose. You can't just say "veganism is better for the environment" as a blanket statement because it's not true. It's not even close to the car comparison if you are stating the choice people need to make to make it true. (And on the car thing, I have…

I'm not sure how it isn't what we're discussing. Environmental impacts. Depending on where you live you might be able to buy from operations that aren't feed lot style. I can where I live, it's not everywhere, but for some parts of the US, grass fed meat from small farms is an option.

I haven't found that food impacts my psoriasis. I've had it pretty much my entire life. What gets me is stress, there is only so much you can do about that, and seasonal allergies.
-
I agree with the first part, but for the second, there can be many other health conditions that need limited meat intake. But it's not just a case of an average healthy person needing to limit it.

Why would you trust a stranger on the internet more than a doctor with medical training who has your medical history. It's hard to lose weight, it is. None of us are any different there. It's work. You need to figure out how to restrict your calories and stick to it. It takes dedication and willpower. A lot of willpower.…

Also- what are we going to do to replace fertilizers derived from animal products? (Manure, oyster shell, blood meal, bone meal, fish emulsion...)
-
The issue here is that it depends. A ruminant animal can eat things that humans can't. So if you aren't overgrazing and feeding native plants they can have very little impact. If it's a big feed lot operation it can have a very different impact.
-
This won't work for everyone.
-
This is what I do as well.
-
I'd trust your doctor over a movie.

Just because a documentary or article says something doesn't mean it's true. Always double check the sources.
