Excuse me, but what does the phrase mean "its a *kitten* diet. i keep seeing that around here. (kitten) ??? [/quote] It's the kitten filter. Any profanity gets changed to kitten.

Reminds me. My dad likes poached eggs on dry wheaties.
-
Nope.

It's not the carbs, either you are eating more calories than you think or something else is going on.
-
It's fair season- the vendors at fairs offer payment plans too. That's how I got mine.
-
If you can figure out a way to afford a refurbished vitamix, even on a payment plan, go for it. Nothing else holds up to them. Otherwise, I like the bullet blenders because they are portion control.
-
Apricots. So if I buy them, it's just one or two.
-
At one point tomatoes were not considered food.

Also, the mildest cheeses are usually the lowest in sodium. But double check labels. For snacks I keep the individual cheese sticks on hand because the serving is already set. I have to eat high calcium, so dairy is a lot of my diet.

There are rebates on ibotta for halo top, Enlightened and arctic frost.

I've never understood why if some people react to something, it means that all people should avoid it.

She asked for help. And phrased it in a way that she thinks that carbs are bad. I have to eat low protein for medical reasons. I've lost weight just fine. Let's let the OP answer. If she doesn't want to gain weight she can't eat all she wants no matter what it is.
-
But I would be. I was referring to the OP and removing the small amount of rice from her sushi.
-
Coffee, popcorn, cheese.....
-
I'd be sad without rice. Carbs aren't a problem. It's total calorie consumption. Just eat in moderation.
-
Is your digestion okay? That would cause me to be on the toilet all day.

Extra money might mean I treat myself to some meals out- but generally it's not something high calorie if I'm splurging. Its Vietnamese, or poke, or sushi. Usually I spend it on fabric or fiber arts supplies or my animals. Sometimes kitchen equipment. It's all about reteaching yourself how to budget. I keep an eye on what…

Some people are sensitive to the sweetener- I didn't have problems with it, but I've had issues with others in the same family. They cause "stomach issues." But it could be an allergy to something else, or even an unrelated incident.
-
You do realize that if residue of the so called "hormones," "antibiotics," and pesticides were to be found in eggs or chicken meat the producers would be fined a lot, and forced to recall the food, which is more money. I think either you are developing an allergy to chicken products, or are sensitive to something you…

As others have said- there are store that will.

I like new foods, and I still like cheetos. Eating them in moderation hasn't kept me from losing weight.

You may want to check with your doctor if the CHF is acting up and causing a lot more fluid retention than usual.
-
Okay, I finally opened my pint of Enlightened frozen hot chocolate. That stuff was good. I ate half of it yesterday and the other half tonight. So far no intestinal issues that I was worried about from the sweetener.

I use tuna, cheese, and hard boiled eggs. As mentioned above check labels on things for the sodium. I eat low sodium and still manage a lot of cheese.
-
Pack a cooler. Veggies, pouches of tuna and forks, cheese- cottage cheese or cheese sticks, hard boiled eggs, sandwiches, peanut butter and pretzels or celery.....

I think that they are trying to push another app, but yeah, I'm not sure what they are saying.

Some elderly neighbors used to do the saltine crackers and butter every day as their afternoon snack.
-
My critters are eating more than me. I keep throwing cold things at the chickens and guinea fowl outside and the rest are cool in the unfinished basement. I have had a cup of coffee every day.
-
I like some of the WW recipes. But MFP is less expensive. Cost wins for me.

My issue is with eating in the heat. All I want is cold carbonated water, and food makes me queasy. There is a heat wave in CA, and my home is usually in the 80's in the mountains, so I don't have AC either. It's been around 100 the last few days.
