Me too - I can only drink tea with sugar - my 3pm snack is another sugar boost..... I am trying to eliminate the sugar fixes one by one - eg changed my 3pm sugar snacks with fruit and drinking coffee. Sugar addiction is real and like any addiction it is hard to break the cycle - What about trying a fruit sorbet if they do…

Congratulations! Struggling to get pregnant was one of the hardest journeys i have been on! The day i got my +ve was absolutely marvellous! Being a Mummy is the best :) Well done dealing with PCOS and weightloss is a great achievement. Congratulations
