I just started exercising again/eating better and my period was almost a week and 1/2 late this month. I was expecting this as it has happened before (but I still bought two pregnancy tests just to make sure). Eating differently can change your cycle but I would talk to doc to be sure.

I said no to a butter cake that I made for a get together. I even gave most of it to my husband to bring to work so it would be *mostly* gone!

There is no way I can drink black coffee. I did the 21 day sugar detox and would use just a hint of milk and cinnamon. It was not awful but not amazing either.
