Rotator Cuff Injury: Cardio Suggestions?
I injured my rotator cuff last week. Clearly, I cannot do much with weights at this point but I would still like to continue with cardio. I'm not a huge fan of jogging/running and most of my fitness DVDs use too much upper body for me to get an adequate workout. Any suggestions?
