Ok thanks Hun
-
I do double check that mfp brings up the same as the pack says... Also I do find the raw meat entry :)
-
I new the 400 was a lot more then what I was actually burning lol and walking I think mfp marks it down at about 100 for 30 mins so it's pretty accurate with the walking cals by looks of it :) I try only eat half back of my burnt and once I receive my hrm hopefully I will be able to record my burnt cals more accurately :) x

Ok thanks :)
-
Ok will do thanks :) should I carry on with working out? Or stop?
-
Hopefully will start loosing soon then lol well I go on my cross trainer about 4-5 times a week and do a min of half hour... Mfp tells me half hour burns around 400cals (i no mfp isn't accurate) and walk wise I walk at least 2 hour Monday-Friday taking my son to school and picking him up :) some days I walk a lot more if…

I will deffo give it more time :) I admit I don't drink enough water so will work hard on getting my water intake up! Lol I normally hit my nutrients on fiber protein ect or I try to anyway! Lol I don't have periods as on contraception that stops them so not actually sure if I would be due or not so could possibly be that…

When I say I weight everything needed as in I weigh everything unless it's like a yoghurt or something that tells me the calories on the pack if that makes sense or like my bread as I no its 98 cals per slice so I scan the barcode and input my slices or watever ? All other food ie meat potaoes pasta ect ect I weigh it ALL!
-
I don't think I need to cut out a certain food group to loose weight .... I should be able to loose eating all within moderation
-
I read the labels on all my food and weigh everything that needs weight... I weigh my meat raw ect i no my food input is accurate and correct! I no machines and mfp ect over estimate burnt cals that's why I tend to only eat around half of mine back to contemplate the over exaggeration
-
My diary is public to my friends :)
-
I do try stick to only eating half but there t some days I land up eating most depending on what I have for my dinner but I agree I do try keep half unused lol x
-
I always scan my food and weigh it rather then using other people's entries, I have heard mfp over calculates burnt hense why got a hrm on the way as I have heard there are more accurate :) il just have to stick with it and see what happens
-
I hope so lol will carry on and see what happens
-
I do understand it slow but I started this thread as most people do loose after 13 days even if it's only 1lb! Lol and atm I am using mfp to calculate burnt cals but I have got a hrm on the way so once I receive that I will be using that to calculate my burnt cals....
-
I weigh my food On digital scales and log everything accurately ? I try work out everyday if it be walking or cross trainer ect I log my exercise and I eat anywhere between half and full burnt cals depends on my day? Will keep it at it just don't understand why have not lost x
-
That looks yummy!!

Mine is open

I cut out fizzy drinks as was drinking them constantly and I no u can get no sugar ones but found my diet would be better without and with water instead so havnt drank any since started my diet
-
I found myself eating all the time even when I wasn't hungry! Drink a pint of water when u feel hungry as that keeps it at bay for a bit lol also keep urself busy... I find when im busy I don't think about being hungry it's when I'm sat down not doing a lot I reach for the food :) maybe find a hobby or something? Keep…

So when on my elliptical trainer it won't count steps but it will tell me how many calories I burnt and how many minutes I did? Is it more accurate then mfp as been told it is over calculating my calories burnt hence why was looking at a Fitbit lol
-
She is selling it for £25 don't no what that is in $ lol if it doesn't have the heart rate monitor will it still accurately calculate burned calories? :/ or is it useless without the hr? I don't go swimming at the moment anyway it's normally walking and on my cross trainer so that would do it automatically wouldn't it?
-
Ok thanks :) I am doing ok on the 1200 cals but only when I can eat back half my burnt aswell otherwise I would struggle lol will see how it goes in another few weeks I guess! :)
-
Am I better just getting rid of my cross trainer and changing it for something else like a tredmill or something? X
-
Ok thanks :) I have the iPhone so it tracks my steps on this app don't no how accurate it is but it does track :) my main concern is that people where saying when I log 30 mins on my cross trainer into mfp it states I burn 400 cals... Now some people have said that's about rite as the more u weigh the more u burn kinda…
-
So do u use a hrm to calculate urs? I looked at the Fitbit but there far to expensive! Wanted something cheaper but accurate x
-
Thanks hun will give it a try
-
Ok thank you will stick with it for a bit longer then and see how it works out :)
-
So I should carry on the way I am and see if I have a loss next weight in with the same scales? If no loss change it to 200 cals?
-
I have made a lot of changes.. I never used to eat breakfast and I always try have something now... I used to drink fizzy all day iv cut that completely and sticking to water! I used to have 3 sugars in my tea now I have 1 and I used to eat ALOT of cheese and crisps and I mean like constantly everyday and iv cut that rite…
