If I change to 1.5lbs a week instead of 2lbs it goes from 1200 to 1210 lmfao doesn't seem worth it tbh x

Iv also been put on a 1200 a day I joined a few days ago... I do struggle to keep to mine tbh unless I workout and add the calories I loose back into my calorie count but unsure how that works? Will I still loose weight adding that back on? I didn't workout yesterday and went over on my calories by 200

Portion sizes are bigger in the USA then the uk that's where the difference will be :) x

I cut all the fat of mine lol I googled it and it's saying for raw sirloin steak 6oz with all vid ale fat cut of is 312 calories so il go with that lol thanks everyone x

I did look but when I typed in 6oz raw Serloin steak it come up with loads of different entries? How do I no what 1 is the right 1?? And yes I remembered to add oil ect separate :smile:
