Try to eat clean, what helps me is to make a mealplan for a week or however long and prep those meals and then have the dedication to stick…

But don't make your success of losing weight dependant on this app, of course it helps knowing your calories etc, but don't feel bad if you forgot to log a few days or messed up your streak, as long as you've been eating clean.
