Prelog your calories everyday. Own up to it. Find your maintenance calorie intake, deduct 500 calories and consume that amount of calories. If that is impossible for you to do, I would seek council. Either you want to or you don't.

Only you can change your self confidence. Compairing sizes and other body types to yours will get you no where and can make it worse. Not at all.. Too many variations in clothing- styles and manufacturing, vanity sizing. Different body compositions. Your keep focusing your size is smaller, compairing yourself to others. Why is that?

Sizing is a ploy for marketing. Example oh wow i fit in a size 2. Great! Im buying that pair of jeans right now!!! I wear a size 2!! But are you in a healthy bmi range? Are you happy with how you look? That is what it comes down to.

I think clothing brand sizing has changed dramatically. I remember wearing a size 7 in juniors weighing 130. My recent shopping visit put me in that same size at 155. Same brand same style number. Twenty days @ 1200 calories will give an extra 5,000 calories for Thanksgiving. Back on track following Monday 1450 calories. Making room for Cheesecake factory, Godiva chocolate cheesecake at 1100 calories a slice. And breakfast black friday, Paradise bakery cinnamon rolls.

I have a healthometer digital scale and paid 23.00. The other a dial scale thats hard to read and never accurate because you can lean a certain way and the dial moves. Paid twice the amount. The digital scale is very accurate. I weight with my siamese cats and then weight alone and then cats alone. It was a good investment…
