This is what happens when you eat extremely low calories. Once you start eating your going to retain water and start gaining weight. Been there done that. Your not getting all the nutrients your body needs so it will hang on to everything you eat. Seek a therapist to help with your return to normal eating. You will need it.

Drink water. Sometimes our body cant tell from hunger or thirst. Drink a liter of water and decide if your still hungry. I used to get hungry but not anymore. It took a while to get used to eating 1450 calories a day.

What? Drink water. Your body needs it. Dont cut back on fiber either. Adjust your calories TDEE. You may not be eating enough. 1200 calories im sure is way to low. Never go under 1200 calories.

Bacon is ok.. Nothing to get worked up about. No way would I eat daily calories on bacon alone. Gross. A BLT once in while is ok. I dont get obsessive over food. To each thier own.

I had dental surgery today. Broken crown and the tooth under it was no good. Eight stiches. I want to eat but in pain. I tried soup but only the liquid and a snack pack...maybe tomorrow will be better. If I would of known I was having surgery I would of had something really good!!!

I love shopping for clothes.. 18 pounds until my goal.. Right now I will stick to handbags as I have plenty of clothes that fit from a size 6 in jrs. (a few years ago) to a size 11/12 and now a size 9/10

For me..when I eat junk food I get hungry sooner. When I eat boneless skinless chicken breast or turkey breast with a cucumber salad and a small amount of almonds im good for hours. Me too!! Love Keen...have several pairs of hiking boots and a pair for trail walking. They are great for hiking...especially waterproof boots. I mountain climb year round..and my feet stay warm and dry. A bit expensive but worth every penny.

Me too. Jr jeans just fit me better and I also like boot cut. If your looking for a flattering fit try Silver jeans. I love the style and fit. They are numbered instead of sized. A nice bonus is they manufacturer this brand in plus sizes too.
