A liter of water works for me. But I really haven't felt that ravenous except for when I burn over 800 calories a day. That gives me an extra 400 calories to eat. Those days I feel like I ate the house.

I don't eat low carb and my body fluctuates as well. Two days in a row I went mountain hiking up rough terrain.. Over 4 hours of intense hard work while enjoying beautiful scenery. One week is too soon too be worried. First two weeks I didnt lose a pound. 8 weeks in lost 14 pounds. Be consistent and dedicated to your logging it will happen.

Your pics in the beginning are up close and the new ones further away. Two weeks could only be water weight. Try when you hit a 20 pound loss.. Keep it up

Three pieces of pizza...meh thats not that bad. I have 3 pieces once a week and still lose. Enjoy life and eat. Just stay in your calorie goal and your fine. Log it and continue! :)

I had a bad day yesterday and felt like I was starving. Ate three cups of cheerios without milk then was fine... fasted for my regular 16 hours. Maybe I wasnt getting enough nutrition in my diet because I like to make room for a large snack everyday. I know now to make better choices and will only snack a few times a week…

Yep.. Same thing with me.. My first two weeks didnt lose an ounce. Third week.. water weight.. I lost 4 pounds.. then a loss the next two weeks. Ive even had where I lost a pound a day for four days.. would gain back a few pounds. I am nearing my 8th week and it has tapered off to about 1.5 to 2 pounds a week.

There are quite a few that do. If you do a search under community you will see several groups. I do IF. One week 12 hours the next 16. However Im am thinking of quitting. I have ran into a rut several times and and get famished then have to wait several hours....Sometimed waiting that long to eat messes with blood…

Nope. I don't play that game. I don't close it out until 7 or 8 pm. and dont eat until lunch the next day. If I even close it out at all.

Wrong. There is nothing wrong with joining a gym. 20 pounds left, I will need to tone and sculpt and will use a personal trainer for a short period to teach the proper way to lift using correct methods... I consider it an investment in myself.

No. Ive seen it. Shoveing a wand in your thigh and moving side to side up and down to suck fat off? Ive seen some horror stories and deformities. Plus how is a procedure going to teach you to eat properly? What happens if you gain weight again? Id rather spend my money for a trainer and a gym membership and new clothes…

Oh man...DQ Georgia Mud Fudge blizzard haven't had one in 4 months. Chocolate ice cream, brownie pieces, fudge and crispy pecans. 990 calories for a medium. I just have 15 regular m&ms twice a week. Its well under 100 calories.

I love road trips and heading out in three weeks driving 1400 miles.... Im solid with logging and know to only eat one small thing on dollar menus..and to pack some nuts and air popped popcorn. Take a few liters of water.

I dont drink my calories. Gave pepsi up 7 years ago. I drink vitamin water o orange or lemonade. Colas makes me feel bloated and its harder to lose weight ..once in a while i drink skinny girl. Lots of water!!

Try and remember everything you ate...log it and continue on. A bit of overindulgence is a mild setback. No. Just no. LOL. Clothes that are too tight? How uncomfortable. Not to mention can we say muffin top sausage legs? Or what about back rolls with a tight shirt. Shivers. Yuck!!!!! I will be patient and wear clothes that fit. I have 25 pounds left to lose I can wait.

I dont know if I will be able to over indulge. I get full a lot easier now. I am having pumpkin pie and looking forward to it! Halloween is just another day and dont eat much candy...Enjoy what you wish..log it and carry on.
