  • You have a lot of quick adds. Stop doing that. Add everything. Scale your food dont guess. If you want results you have to be strict. You have some of the same amount of food with different calories logged. You started your entry Sept 8th. according to your diary that is only 3 weeks.

  • Yep. A bite here a drink there throughout the day can add a large amount of calories and can lead to eating more calories then I should and kind of defeats the purpose. This would actually put me in bad habits.... one bite leads to another and so on.

  • About 15 pounds for me. I wear jrs. They just fit better. At 5'5 155 I wear a 9. Misses are just way to big in the hips and legs. However some jeans like Silver jeans are numbered by waist size and have several different designs like tuesday jeans and suki. I find a better fit with this brand.

  • I didnt lose anything for two weeks. Then lost quite a bit. As others suggest weigh your food. Your diary shows quick adds like 500 calories. Tighen that up and add each food. Once you do check your nutrition after a couple weeks then scale in. Maybe your not consuming enough.

  • I drink 2 liters of Evian/Figi/Arrowhead every day. however, I just purchased a PUR water filter on Amazon. Too much plastic tossed out. Being in the country, tap water doesn't taste so good.

  • I don't drink coffee and or colas. Quit doing that about 7 years ago. There are days however I need a little pick me up but it passes. Last year I did try Sonic Neuro. It tastes good and low in calories but it is expensive at 3.49 a bottle so I gave it up too. Some days I do crave the flavor.
