Different scales. What does your scale read? Did you weight with shoes fully dressed? Water retention. Menustation. Weighing and measuring food. Glycogen stores I know its crazy...ive been there too just like the majority.

Thats crazy. I dont even spend that much a month for groceries for two adults including drinks..Ok so you spend over 3 thousand dollars a year for this? Lmao!!! Thats more then a membership for 2 years at our local gym including a personal trainer for 3 months.

My first two weeks, everyday, I needed a long nap. Didnt lose any weight then either. This should pass. Like others said a bit of excersise and adjusting your intake will help. Keep going pushing foward!
