Yes! (IF) has helped tremendously. I would feel bogged down and sluggish eating that large of a meal especially in the morning. Have what you like if breakfast is what you like to eat... just lower your calories to 2/3rds less. Drink a large glass of water before you do and another when your done eating.

No question is ever dumb!!!! I find asking always helps!! If not for MFP I would of given up. The knowledge here has helped me tremendously. You will burn more. I'm not sure if its that many calories for a 2 mile walk. If you can get a fitbit or a polar watch they seem to be pretty accurate. I have used map my walk before…

Right....however I know how my body reacts. I only have about 25 pounds to my goal and have lost 9 pounds in 6 weeks eating 1200 cal. This is whats working for me. I have gym across the street and a Vasa gym not far away and will continue there when Im done.

I love hiking too. Where I live there are mountains completely surrounded this county city. Every other week we hike to our favorie mountains stream and walk through the forrest.

The bottle comes in handy and right now krogers has Arrowhead I believe 6 pack of 16 oz bottles for a dollar. Your right Evian is expensive and I buy it every other visit to Krogers. The sports bottle of arrrowhead are good too because they fit great on my bike bottle holder.

Losing first then maintaining. Adding cardio, bike riding, then weights to define. I dont want water weight during weight loss. That always hinders me and I give up

Vitamin water 0 orange, lemonade and XXX. No calories. Lots of regular water. I prefer Arrowhead and Evian. I buy Arrowhead buy the gallon and when its empty I use them for change banks.

I go over a 100 calories quite a bit and still losing. Its nothing to worry about. Its nice sometimes to enjoy food.

Why would you wait a year???? If I was not losing in three months I would know something is wrong and I need to monitor closer or exercise more..I surely wouldnt wait a whole year.. Something is a miss.
