So true. Condiments are loaded with calories. I always add a few extra calories to everything when dining out. Its hard to believe some of the calorie content that is provided to be true as serving sizes are not always the same. Most of the time I just eat half of it anyway. I look at it this way...Its not a race. I didn't lose the first week and a half. Then boom at the end of five weeks I lost 8 pounds. Everyone is different. Keep up the good work. It will happen if you count every single calorie oh and condiments are crazy high..count them too.. Dont drink your calories.. keep your weight…

No biggie. Log it and watch your calories and try and stay within your range. Ive gone over a hundred calories from time to time and still losing. . I stay under my goal in carbs just counting calories.

Well stated. Im not exercising and have a deficit. One month in to mfp lost 8 pounds and have 20 more to lose. When I hit a stall closer to my goal then I will start exercising. I have 15 regular m&ms at a time every so often and it still fits in my calorie goal with room to spare..Im getting better with it as I go and my cravings are diminishing. 15 regular m&ms are 52 calories.

CiCO. 21 days? Thats not much time to lose. Im not sure what this fad is or what your trying to accomplish in that time frame. Try following what MFP is showing for you as far as calories wise. Watch your success happen when you follow it close. Wish you well in your goal.

As an "American" I was never raised eating peanut butter. It does however have quite a bit of protein and it is nutritious in moderation. I do remember having it with celery as a child.

Really? Bananas are high in potassium and most are near a hundred calories. You should never omit anything from your diet as long as it is in moderation and fits into your calorie expenditure.

Your not alone. I drink Vitamin water 0 orange and lemonade. Have not drank colas in 8 years. Feel so much better. Hate drinking my calories. Try 8 oz when you wake up and 16 before bed. Its a start. I drink a lot of water at night.

Why just 30 days? You dont need to go to a gym. I dont work out.. I have lost 9 pounds in a month logging calories. (Started with SparkPeople.. and not liking it much-changed to mfp.)
