Hi I am 5'4'' and about 167, I had my third son 16 weeks ago and just returning to work today. Have been training for a 5k(my first) for the last 6 weeks. I only lost 5lbs so far. Hi angie, I am 15 days postpartum to my third baby boy. Just got on the treadmill today for the first time. I too am motivated by scale number but after seeing how different the third child has done my body I am trying not to focus on that.

Hi there, I got a TG a few weeks back and the best I've gotten is used 3 days in one week. I am still playing around with different moves to do, and I constantly have a 4 year old that tells me how I should be using it (lol). How do I log the exercises and how do I know what I've burnt. So far I've only gotten to about 15…
