I havent given anything up that I really love but there are some things I used to eat that iv found just arent worth the calories.

I loved the old pro points system best, eating certain food freely just doesn't work for me. it's very normal to lose nothing after a big loss, you'll probably find u lose next week though so be patient and keep it up.

I did slimming world while pregnant 3 yrs ago, I had an extra healthy A and made sure I was eating all my syns. I estimated I was probably eating 2000 calories sometimes more. Make sure your eating your total fat allowance for the day, mine is about 50g.....I find im fuller if I allow myself the lot, low fat foods just make me hungry and I always feel dissatisfied afterwards......which makes me overeat.

I save 300 cals for around 9pm, I usually have a toasted sandwich.....failing that I download a good book on my kindle and go to bed, if your an avid reader youll know what I mean.

My advice is have a few days off plan, or if this is too much then just one day off, eat till your full.....I find a little blowout kick starts my metabolism again and I start losing. Lots of people will disagree but it does work for me.....iv got 3 stone still to lose and I do this every now and then.

Yes I have 1-cheat night every saturday. A takeaway and some chocolate or crisps.....it helps me to stay good all week and I still lose. Thankyou, yes im usually always over my sodium limit and carbs quite often too because I love bread and snacks but iv always been careful to keep fat and calories under the limit. Maybe its time I changed some of my food choices. I also dont count condiments and pickles and I suppose they will be high in sugar and sodium.…
