Oh I think I worked out my pedometer....It was set up for walking and I was many many pounds lighter lol...I used it years ago, I have set the centimetres as 100 for running, not exactly measured it properly but I will give it another chance tomorrow!! thanks for the vote of confidence!! :)

Done this morning....so I can get onto week 8 soon if it's not much different!! My british wk6 D3 was 25mins running, so I can see myself as having done 2 of this one! :)

Maybe the british one then is slightly different? Mine told me it was 25 min run, if it shouldn't have been then at least it has made me feel I can do it, however as I said I do run slow, so I need to look at that Fit bit thingy Orphia uses! :) Glad you still kept me as a friend :/

Thank you for posting Dee...I did this, I now have in my head weather and work permitted I hope to finish the week 9 on Christmas day...or there a bouts, I may or may not achieve this goal but it is an intention.....as not food logging is at the moment so at least if I keep the running up I hope to at least keep some sort…

I DID IT...I DID IT!!!! Strangely though it has took me all day to remember to put it on here..lol yes it was tough but just kept on going even though i had planned that if i needed to stop i would...roll on the week 6 day 1 which is easy i reckon after this one!! Hope everyone is ok :)

lol...gosh it is a struggle in the winter, though I hope and pray that if I fight the urge and make myself exercise then at least I will feel less of the symptoms of SAD :) yes indeed, I am only on my half..as I pull the covers over lol

Back to this one, yet again this morning after having a fight with myself...about going out, extremely cold on the face and breath in, although of course now I feel better in myself, now maybe if I get back into logging my food I will get back on top :/

A bit of a set back, worked away from home for 2 days got soaked - pulled my thigh, and generally fed up, not coded food either since then so had a bit of a rest, went back to a run this morning but chose to redo this one as I was about to do the 20mins run at the time I pulled my thigh....Lets see if I can keep this going…

and my intention is to remove the first 4 weeks to give me room to put the others on as I hope (touch wood) that I never need to go back to them, my intention now is run fully always once the 9 weeks is up and perhaps do a couple of charity events next summer!! :) now there is a challenge :)
