I'm with you I have done W3 D1 this morning, it was ok, I did up to this level last time, before my fall, stopped everything so knew what I had to do, Week 4 sounds a roughy, but hey another 2 times on this week first :)

ooh looks like yours is a bit tougher start than mine is, although i guess we get to the same goal, and it is still 8 mins running and the rest walking with a 5 mins warm up cool down :)

Yes I too have just restarted back with mfp...today!!! I feel good and have started by doing some exercise, when you log it it automatically adds the Kcals to your food store of daily Kcals. You obviously do not need to eat them, but should you need that little snack later in the day that may help. Never mind how just…
