I started Keto today. I can't seem to get my fats up higher without adding too many carbs. My carbs are saying that I'm over, but I don't think it accounts for net carbs. I'm mostly protein right now, then fats, then carbs.

Peanut butter is a trigger food for me. I can't eat just a little so I try to avoid it.

My like end goal would be 180. But I don't even know for sure until I would get closer. I'd love to be under 200.

That is very inspiring. My beginning weight and height is similar to yours and losing so much weight is overwhelming. I am still working on getting off the initial weight loss before they will schedule my bypass.
