If there is no intimacy there will be no relationship, sex is a big part of any relationship. I know how your bf feels and trust me as a man its not a good feeling. Communication is key here and honestly if you took a trip to KFC or bk there are plenty of healthy things on the menu with high proteins. Dont let 8 years go…

Definitely go for a protein powder. I just started taking six star whey protein triple chocolate to use after my workouts as well as a meal replacement for my breakfast since I usually don't eat breakfast very often. My first experience of using it is I definitely was not hungry for at least 4 hours. Every scoop contains…

I too am in the same boat and was under the impression that I should probably lose weight first then work on gaining muscle after I hit the weight that I am comfortable with. I started out at 258 and I am down to 232 now, I was waiting until I got to 200 to start strength training but apparently this isn't the way to go…

I Like that attitude your bringing I know you'll knock this out easy. Log everything you eat even things you think you don't need to log like a Gatorade or Powerade log everything. Good luck

One way I motivate myself is that I took a picture of how I looked a month ago before I started dieting and working out. I've lost 25 pounds since I've taken that pic of myself and I look at it all the time and use it as a constant reminder of how I don't want to look. Its what works for me you can probably give it a try…

I've heard that heated water with some mint leaves and sliced lemons works to burn body fat, I've never tried it myself though.

I know going to the gym isn't for everyone but if you can get in 30 mins of cardio at the gym for about 3-4 days a week it can go along way.

Add me and good luck

Will you send a request and good luck.

I also workout seven days a week, I do a mix of cardio and weight training. Its definitely doable if you feel your body is up to it but never force yourself. One thing I will suggest is if you plan to work out everyday never work out for two hours, only go for 45 mins to one hour. Also try not to go twice a day, I know the…

Of course if you eat less calories you will lose weight, and if you eat for instance a triple stack from Wendy's which is 500 calories you can still lose weight. But if your at Wendy's and are on a weight loss journey instead of getting a triple stack why not get a grilled chicken sandwich which has 200 fewer calories and…

Many say that they eat what they want and can still lose weight and I do believe that to be true but I also believe that if you cut certain foods out you will lose weight much faster. For example I love this food called griot I ate it at least twice a week but it was very greasy so I cut it out completely. Things like…

Going from 320 to 230 is no small feat you can prob lose that 15 pounds in a month. Good luck.

I started off at around where you are now and got down to 233 in a month so its definitely doable. The toughest part is sticking with it but one motivational technique I've found that works for me is taking a pic of yourself and using it as a constant reminder of the change you want to make. You will do great good luck on…

Thank you, and I know rest days are important but whenever I don't go get a workout in I feel as if I'll lose my gains or I'm wasting time lol. Most of the times though its just excitement, I find working out fun and relaxing.
