  • I've lost 118 pounds so far and eat the same thing every day for lunch — 2 fried egg whites (I make a patty out of it) and half an avocado mashed with 1 tsp of Ranch dressing spread on 2 slices of Ezekiel Low-Sodium bread. It's a delicious sandwich and takes about 5 minutes.
