I definitely need some help from the community. I tend to slack off after a while but with other people watching, I'm way more motivated! I'll be cutting calories while trying to increase muscle mass. Tips are appreciated!

A pyramid scheme will not make you lose weight. I like to think 80% is a healthy diet with a caloric deficit and 20% work done in the gym.
