Hi I've been on here 5 weeks and it's not accurate. I have been under calorie goal of 1,200 calories 99% of the time and exercising 4-5 times a week. I don't think it takes into consideration fat turning to Muscle! My weight hasn't really budged but I look much more toned and trim.

Hi feel free to add me. I am 35, mum of three and a nurse working full time. Well done on your weight loss so far. I complete my food diary daily and work out about 4 times a week. Whilst my waist is shrinking the scales aren't budging
