Flipping between deficit and maintenance...yeah, but now strictly at maintenance. I know OHP gives everybody grief, but I've never felt like right out of the gate I can't move something at all, and it's been several workouts now vs one bad day.

Yup. I'm 5'4 and 114lbs. I'm wearing size 4 or 6, but have a pair of old navy denim shorts that are size 0. I've never been a size 0 in my life, and I sure as heck am not now.

This is what I do. Back to better food choices....lots of fluids. It'll drop back off before you know it so there's no need to look for crazy stuff to do. And I think it's fabulous that you only gained 4lbs. I've had the scale shoot up 9lbs over a weekend. LOL!

Salad stuff. Berries. Sugar free jello with light cool whip. Hot tea with sweetener. Chicken broth.

Nope...nothing wrong with them. My only gripe is that some of them are kind of small and don't do much to keep me full, so I usually have a side of veggies or a piece of fruit to bulk things up.

You just have to make yourself not go back to bed. Making new routines is hard, but once you get in the swing and it becomes a habit it's much easier. Goikg to bed a bit earlier and plenty of coffee works for me in the morning. Music to get me moving helps as well.

If I'm not mistaken, scoobys number already includes exercise whereas MFP doesn't. So if you go by scooby, you generally wouldn't eat anything back. I've had a charge hr for over a year now. Hell yes...when I weigh I'm naked. I'm also shaved and have brushed my teeth because...a little hair and plaque might weigh something.... Sometimes I also do a little dance for the scale gods first. If they're happy I have a better chance of seeing a nice number. :smile:

Weight loss tends to be faster in the beginning, so the fact that it's slowing down is totally normal. No need to go changing anything.

I'm 5'4 and had a goal of 125lbs. When I got there I felt the same as you, so I just kept on going until I hit a point I felt more comfortable with. I'm about 115 now. Congrats on the progress you've made!

Chances are slim of keeping it off if your intention is to use it as intended until reaching goal and then reverting back to old behavior. MFP can very easily be set to help one maintain their new weight. If you use it correctly...it works. If not...that's on you. I've been maintaining my 45lb loss here for over a year now.
