Dosconnecting
Anyone know why it often takes several attempts to get my Fitbit disconnected from MFP? I hit "disconnect" in the apps section last night, and this morning I'm still synched....and had to hit "disconnect" again. This always happens where I have to play for several days before it works. Am I missing something here?

Whey isolate
I've used whey and casein powders before, but haven't tried isolate. I tend to prefer casein because it seems thicker and keeps me full. Is isolate the same?

App issue changing calorie goal
I changed my weight in the app last night. It adjusted my calories to the new amount in yesterday's diary, but from today on its stuck on a completely different number. Any ideas on how to fix? I do have everything set correctly, and I deleted/reinstalled the app.

Ok....I posted the pic on the left a few months ago and was told I should cut a bit more before thinking about bulking. I was 122lbs there and I'm now 115-116. I think if I could add a little mass now I might be satisfied. Have I gotten enough fat off?

Carb cycling
I'm giving calorie cycling a try along with my recomp. Higher calories obviously on my workout days.... Is there any benefit to eating low carb on the low calorie days? I'm not carb phobic at all as I eat plenty in general. Just wondering if this has the potential to do anything.
