Is anyone doing this? I've never done it before but I'm curious.

I used this a couple of times. The first time was way back in 1994 when I quit smoking and promptly gained 20 lbs. I lost it quickly due to using the point system and walking 3 miles a day religiously. I was always hungry when using the point system, but I am now as well. I'm currently eating 1200 cal. a day and I seem to be hungry a lot of the time.0

Trying to track here and point in WW app. It seems the calorie deficit in WW is Way more and it probably the reason I yo yo a lot in the program2

WW seems to re-invent their program every couple of years. There's a thread in the debate section....should be current enough
