I met over 1/2 of the goals set for later week... now this week has been ruff!!! I've had work meeting all week which have included lunch and or dinner...so pre-planning had been excruciatingly painful. I'm looking forward to the weekend so I can regroup. This week's goals 1) log daily 2) stay focused on the weekend (stay within calories and no sweets) 3) exercise 6 times 4) hit my steps goal daily

Congrats everyone!!! I didn't make my goal weight, but my habits have improved and contributed to a 5.2lb weight loss!!! I've really enjoyed this group....definitely will rejoin if you start a new one!!

I'm getting nervous.... there is a lot of eating ahead this week and for some reason I'm feeling some anxiety....... and not totally in control.... odd. Maybe it's the weather, that has me off balance

Hi All!!! Happy Holidays.... I was able to weigh in on the 23rd.... but I've had company since then and now I'm out of town w/o a scale. I am getting in workouts here and there...tracking as best i can, eating is mostly restaurants URGH!!!!!!! I can't wait to get home to normalcy and my own daily routines!!!

Again this past week, I used the weigh every day method to keep me focused and accountable. I am disappointed that there is not a loss this week, but I wouldn't change a thing. I stuck to my plan and feel great. This puts the pressure on for next week, which I welcome to help me say NO to all the xmas goodies. Good luck…

WHEW Hew!!! I was so excited to get on the scale today. I have been weighing EVERDAY and was still shocked to see a difference from yesterday's numbers to today's..... Cant wait for next week!! Stay focused everyone, the work is not yet finished.
