  • Thankx for the positive replies! When i first started i was losing 3-4 a week which may of just been water...i have been drinking protein shakes for normally 2 meals a day then a sensible dinner...maybe cut out the shakes? I am planning to up my cardio as suggested next week to see if it makes a change...maybe cut weight…
