i log them as my own as I use my heart rate monitor, it's the best way to be as accurate as you can, but I'd either log it as circuit training, interval, or weight training.

i didn't like C4 to much. I love 1.M.R in any flavor, it really kicks your butt into high gear. Or jack3D, and even arnold pump is good. Im cheap though so I usually by razor8 cause we get a good deal on it from our health food store and it lasts my husband and I like almost 2 months

i usually run 5 miles every other day, but do interval training on my non-running days but at the end of my workout usually do like a 1 mi light jog just to cool down.

it took about a month for my body to get used to a workout schedule. Now 4 years later I have to workout in the morning or i drive myself crazy haha

whats worked best for me is carb cycling, and fixing up my weight training. I do 12 reps of 10 lbs, 10 reps of 20lbs, and then 8 reps of 25lbs. My carb cycling is low/low/high/low/low/high and then repeat that for 3 weeks and then my 4th week will be all high carb days to reset my metabolism and then start over. But it is…

Its really awesome! One of my fav beachbody programs apart from cize. Its helped me gain almost 8lbs of muscle and cut fat pretty nicely!

I weigh in once a week just to track progress if ive made any, but mostly stick to how i look and fedl in clothes, and measurements which i also do when i weigh in weekly.

When i changed my workout regime and diet i gained about 3-4 lbs before i started losing again. Believe it was from increase in exercise and my body making adjustments to get used to the change. It balanced out after a week or so

I do a muscle group once a week for 3 sets each with 3 different types of weight going from lowest to highest weight each set has 8-12 reps. If the weight your using is getting easy to lift and on your last 3 reps you arent pushing to finish, increase your weight. This is whats worked for me.
