In all honesty I have no idea, however I have gone from a size 14 SA size (12 USA) to almost a size 10 (6). I am an emotional eater and because I do weights I don't want to weigh until I am comfortable with where I am at.

Hi no, sorry my baby was on my lap and fussing while I was typing. I started in July at 211lbs but seriously changed habits about 5 weeks ago weighing in at 189lbs. I have strict calorie intake and workout twice a day. I am determined

I have been on my health journey since July but only more seriously in the last 5 weeks. My first pic at 211lbs now at 173lbs still need to lose 30 pounds but I will get there.
