@psulemon What I mean by eating healthy, I eat tons of avocados, almonds, cashews and other nuts. I eat sweet potatoes with full fat butter. I never eat fast food, or junk food (weird huh) I have been on a good path all my life with maintaining my weight until recently. It's becoming stressful, I will def take a look at…

Thank you so much, I'm a super healthy eater, 2500 calories is a lot for me but I think over time I will work my way up to it. I gained 2lbs last week. 13 more to go

I strongly recommended a full body detox first. Clean all the gunk out, so your body can absorb the nutrients you intake. A toxic body can contribute to your fatigue. I'm a mom of 2 boys, I know how you feel. But I will help out a lot.

Thank you, I've been eating 2,500 calories daily. Healthy carbs, and getting my protein from foods like chicken, avacado, beans and nuts. Should I limit cardio and do more strength training, Or should I balance out the two?
