  • I have two children myself and want to be lots healthier than I am .. no more McDonald's and junk :) It is tough when you are a full time working mom! Kudos to you for taking the first step to making your lifestyle change!! :)
  • Best thing to get exercise in quick and actually having fun is the Just Dance games for xbox, playstation, etc. I love doing those with my kids and you sweat! Plus, if you are super busy, you can fit it in anytime and in the comfort of your own home :)
  • Goals for today: Start eating healthy again Drink water (even a little) and cut back on soda Take a walk If I start with very generic goals, hopefully, I'll be able to make more specific ones as I go :) I haven't been on MFP for a long time and definitely need the motivation to get myself back to healthy.
