I'm 5'10" and after a 23 lb weight loss I am at 147, would love to be 140. I still think my thighs are big, but at this point I am not sure I will ever be happy, my goal for years was 150. I am focusing on maintaining and eating healthy without the guilt.

1200 is what MFP set for my goal of 1 lb a week, but I have not increased it since I lost the weight. Maybe I should increase calories instead of protein? Thanks for your advice.

I have a protein shake every morning. Either vanilla protein powder with unsweet almond milk, mixed berries, banana and spinach OR Chocolate protein powder with unsweet almond milk and cold brewed coffee. They both keep me very full all morning. Sometimes I add flax seed or chia seeds also.

At Costco I buy these frozen bags of quinoa and kale seasoned with olive oil/garlic, 5 minutes in the microwave, then I put a"fried" egg on top. Very yummy and filling.

take baby steps, you will be amazed at how small changes to your lifestyle can make a difference. For me, I cut out fried foods, bought an air-fryer. I also cut back to one diet pepsi a day, with lots of water. Move a little more, eat little less! You can do it!

I have a Della brand and love it! Clean up is so easy and everything I have tried has came out crispy and yummy, including chicken wings!

I have been using GNC lean shakes for breakfast only and have lost approx 15 lbs since April. They really fill you up and I use Almond milk. I try to eat healthy meals and snacks for the remainder of the day.

1can pure pumpkin, I box spice cake mix, just a little water (couple tbsp's), mix well and put in loaf pan or muffin tin. Sprinkle a few choc chips and chopped pecans on top. Bake according to cake mix instructions. Very yummy and moist! For 12 muffins, it's about 150 cal each.

I have been doing 1200cal a day since April and have lost 25 lbs, now I am scared to go up because I don't want to gain, so I am sticking to 1200-1250 a day, at least through NYE.

I feel the same way as you guys. Due to a hip injury I had to give up running about a year ago and quickly put on 10 lbs. I am ready to get those pounds off and maybe a few more, I want to feel better. I am now doing water therapy in hopes to be able to run again in the near future. Good luck everyone...we can do this!!
