Try Zevia soft drinks. They are made with stevia, which is plant derived. I think they taste good, I was addicted to diet pepsi, but have not had one since February. I like the ginger ale and the cola Zevias.

I only use the ones that have 3 ingredients, sugar, cream, milk. I try to stay away from artificial sweetners. I really like the almond milk creamer suggested previously. I was just looking for less sugar.

I am on my second month of using it. I put a scoop in chocolate almond milk and blend every morning. I have noticed a difference in my skin and hair. My hair was thinning due to my Lupus meds, but those areas have filled back in.

1c spinach 1c almond milk 1/2c frozen blueberries 1/2c frozen mixed fruit (pineapple, mango, strawberries) 1scoop GNC protein powder (vanilla) 1tbsp flax seed meal 1 cup SKYR Icelandic Yogurt Sometimes I add 1/2 frozen banana - this is very filling too!

I bought it at Publix, I got the chocolate brownie and vanilla ones at Aldi. I know it sounds so weird, but it is really good!

My fav is 1 cup unsweet almond milk, 1/2 froz banana, handful frozen berries, handful of spinach, 1 tbls flax seed and 1 scoop vanilla protein powder. Very filling... you can leave the banana out and use a little extra berries

I have been doing IF for about 2 months now, a combination of 18/6, 20/4 and 23/1. I only had 11 pounds to lose to hit my goal and I had hit a roadblock, now I have lost 8 of those pounds and hopefully the last 3 will be soon!

I know a lot of people do not like Intermittent Fasting, but I was stuck at a plateau and gave it a try, I have lost 8 lbs in 7 weeks or so. I alternate between eating once a day and eating during a 6 hr window and I still stay within my calorie limit. It's working for me, only a few more lbs till goal.

I'm at also doing 1200 calorie with IF, 18/6. I have lost approx 6 lbs in 5 weeks, but I only had 11 pounds to lose total, so I suspect these last 5 with drop off slowly. IF works for me, and I feel great.

I started IF 4 weeks ago and have lost 6.5 pounds. I think I have finally found something that I can stick with long term. Now I need to incorporate some cardio and strength training! Keep up the good work everyone!
